These are the recipes that support my fitness journey. Most are high in protein, deliberately minimal on ingredients, and designed to fit into the rhythm of disciplined training and clean eating - without turning the kitchen into a second job.

Almost none of these are strict recreations. They are my customized versions, tuned to hit my macros, work with the ingredients I keep on hand, and come together fast on a weekday. Where the traditional recipe leans on cream, oil, or sugar, mine leans on paneer, eggs, lentils, lean meat, and the right spice ratios.

Expect short, practical write-ups. No life stories before the ingredient list - just what to buy, what to do, and the small tweaks that make each dish work harder for the goal.
